Introducing Breaker Reviews
What's new?
Building on Breaker Ratings, Collectors can now leave a written review along with their star rating — giving the community more context behind every score and helping shoppers make more informed decisions. Ratings and reviews are now available on both web and mobile.
Breaker Reviews
Here's how it works:
Leave a review – After your order is marked delivered, you'll have 30 days to leave a star rating and an optional written review.
Go beyond the stars – Continue to rate specific aspects like shipping, packaging, and communication for more detailed feedback.
Verified only – Every review is tied to a completed and delivered order, so feedback is always from real Collectors.
Moderated for quality – Written reviews go through automatic moderation before publishing to keep the experience safe and constructive.
You're in control – You can withdraw any review you've left, at any time.
Two-way conversation – Our team responds to reviews on behalf of the platform and helps work toward resolution when needed. Breakers may also reach out via DM to follow up.
What's next?
We're continuing to build out trust and transparency tools across the platform, with more improvements to the seller and collector experience coming soon.

Newly added shipping addresses now appear in checkout and in your wallet address list
What's next?
We're continuing to improve the live breaking experience — more updates coming soon.
Fanatics Collect v6.18
A new winner reveal animation, a cleaner home experience, and Max Bid now live
What's new?
A new winner reveal animation is here. Instead of a spinning wheel, names and team logos fade through one at a time and land on the winner with a shimmer effect — cleaner, faster, and built to feel like a real reveal moment.
The Live tab hero card has been refreshed with better proportions and an improved gradient over the bottom so shop names and titles stay readable. Break and spot titles in the shop now display in full — long product names no longer get cut off.
Max Bid is now available in live auctions. Set the maximum you're willing to pay and the app bids on your behalf automatically.
Bug fixes & polish
Spot type label no longer overlaps the progress bar on shop cards with long product titles
Spin wheel now correctly appears when exactly 2 random auction spots remain
PiP is more reliable — the loading spinner no longer gets stuck after restoring a minimized stream, and closing PiP no longer leaves the livestream screen lingering behind
Vault address now shows up consistently in checkout — it was intermittently missing for some users
What's next?
We're continuing to improve the live experience — more updates to content, discovery, and more coming soon.
Introducing Max Bid
This release lets collectors set a maximum bid amount when placing a custom bid and have it auto-bid on their behalf — only going as high as needed to stay ahead.
What's new?
How Max Bid works:
Set a max – Collectors enter the most they're willing to pay when placing a custom bid
Auto-bidding to lead – Max Bid places the minimum bid required to maintain the lead, stopping the moment the collector's max is reached
Private to the bidder – Max amounts are never visible to other bidders or breakers
If outbid – Collectors can raise their max or place a new bid to re-enter the auction
What's next?
We're continuing to make improvements to live breaking bidding experience.
Fanatics Collect v6.17
What's new?
Swipe through all active streams. Swiping up through shows to go through every active livestream. One continuous feed, no dead ends.
Long press on show cards. Long pressing any show card now shows a menu with quick options — watch, share, and more — without having to open the show first.
The active break stays pinned in Quick Shop. The break that's currently being ripped now always appears at position #1 in the shop regardless of whether its spots are sold out. Once the break completes, it moves to the sold section.
Sticky tabs on shop profiles. The Shows and Replays tabs on a seller's shop profile now stick to the top when you scroll, so you can always switch between them without scrolling back up.
Chat keyboard improvements. Swiping down on the chat input now dismisses the keyboard. Swiping between streams is also blocked while the keyboard is open, so you no longer accidentally skip to another show mid-message.
Wallet total currency fix. Fixed an issue where USD and GBP balances were incorrectly added together as the same currency for international users.
What's next?
More improvements and updates are coming to the live breaking experience
Fanatics Collect v6.16
This update brings guide price polish, a cleaner selling experience for Red Rookie cards, and a handful of fixes across collection management.
What's new?
Marketplace
Guide prices now show their source with the correct styling on card detail pages
Cards eligible for Red Rookie Redemption now correctly show a "Selling unavailable" banner, so it's clear the card can't be listed while a redemption is pending

Bug fixes
Fixed navigation tabs missing for some users on the Collection screen
Tapping anywhere on a collection item card now opens it, not just the title area
"Request a correction" from long press now pre-populates the card title in the form
Fixed an issue where sub-break randomization was staying on "Awaiting assignment" instead of showing the assigned spot
Purchase toast confirmation now shows correctly after buying a spot from the Shop tab
Chat messages no longer send with leading or trailing spaces
What's next?
We are working on new features to make your collecting and live breaking experiences smoother.
Fanatics Collect v6.15
What's new?
Know where your guide price comes from. Guide prices now show their source directly on card detail pages and across your collection. See at a glance whether a price is based on real sales data from Card Ladder, our catalog value, a manually appraised estimate with a date, or still pending — so you always know what's behind the number.
Folders with accurate item counts. Your folder list now loads and displays the correct item count for each folder right from the start. No more stale or missing numbers — you'll always see an accurate count before you even open a folder.
Bug fixes & polish
Tapping "View in Collection" on a card found through search now correctly takes you to that card's owned item page, instead of staying on the unowned card page
Swiping to go back now works as expected when browsing card detail pages from Search
The keyboard no longer auto-opens when returning to search results from a card detail page
Your selected grade is now visually highlighted when choosing a grade on card detail pages
The "more" menu on vault item detail pages now shows the correct action label

Introducing Breaker Ratings
What's new?
Collectors can now rate sellers after an order is delivered. Here's how it works:
Leave a rating – After your order is marked delivered, you'll have 30 days to leave a 1–5 star rating. Rating is available on web only.
Go beyond the stars – Optionally rate specific aspects like shipping, packaging, and communication for more detailed feedback.
Verified only – Every rating is tied to a completed order, so feedback is always from real Collectors.
Sellers can respond – Breakers can reach out via DM to follow up on feedback and keep the conversation going.
What's next?
We're working on bringing the experience to mobile users soon.
Fanatics Collect v6.14
What's new?
Faster livestreams. A significant performance investment landed across the full live breaking experience. Chat in high-viewer streams was rebuilt from scratch to stay smooth even at thousands of concurrent viewers.
Swipe between streams from any grid. Opening a stream from a "View All" grid now supports swiping up and down to browse adjacent streams, consistent with the rest of the app.
"View" button on PYT + Buy Now module. The pinned Pick Your Team / Buy Now module in livestream now has a View button, making it clearer that it's interactive and consistent with other pinned modules.
Bug fixes & polish
Tapping anywhere on a search result card now opens the card detail page — not just the image or title
Card detail pages and unvaulted item pages now show a proper error state if the API fails
Nav bar on card detail pages now displays correctly on iOS 18 and older versions
Info and price card sections no longer show when they have no data to display
Card number now shows a # prefix
"Done" button no longer appears above the keyboard in the catalog search field
Search modal no longer unexpectedly closes and reopens when typing a query
What's next?
Guide prices are getting a transparency upgrade — you'll soon see exactly where each price comes from, whether that's Card Ladder sales data, catalog value, or a manual appraisal. Catalog search is coming to your Collection tab so you can add any card in our catalog directly to your collection. We're also continuing to refine folder functionality and polish across card detail pages.
Fanatics Collect v6.13
What's new?
Stacks are now Folders. We've renamed "Stacks" to "Folders" everywhere in the app to better match how collectors actually think about organizing their cards. Same feature, clearer name.
Mute a livestream. A new "more" menu in the livestream action bar lets you mute audio directly from the stream. Your preference persists across all shows so you don't have to set it again.
Smoother livestreams at scale. We did significant performance work under the hood this release: the livestream screen now only re-renders the parts that actually changed, and reaction animations are capped so busy shows with thousands of viewers no longer cause frame drops. We also updated the streaming SDKs for faster reconnections and better stability.
What's next?
More collection management improvements are on the way, including deeper folder functionality and continued refinements to how your items display across the app.
Fanatics Collect 6.12
This release is primarily a stability and performance update — faster home screens, smoother livestreams, a fixed Instant Offer and Red Rookie Redemption flow, and a cleaner owned item page selling experience.
What's new?
The app loads and scrolls faster. We did two rounds of home screen performance work this release, fixing unnecessary UI recalculations and a rare freeze when scrolling to the bottom of the feed. The app should feel noticeably more responsive from launch through browsing.
Livestreams are smoother. The livestream overlay was rebuilt so only the parts of the screen that actually changed get updated — chat, reactions, actions, and video no longer all refresh at once. Combined with reduced CPU usage and cleaner timer handling, streams should run with fewer frame drops and better overall performance.
Replays no longer lag or crash on scroll. A production bug causing the replays tab to stutter and crash during pagination has been fixed.
Bug fixes & polish
The follow button animation no longer flickers when following a show
Auction winner now shows correctly after the auction timer ends
Chat interactions and overlay behavior were polished for smoother typing and keyboard handling
Break spots now load on demand when a break is tapped, rather than all at startup — reduces load and speeds up the shop
Creating a new folder from the "Add to Folder" modal no longer clears your existing folder selections
The "Add to Collection" sheet no longer opens at full screen height on iOS 18 and older
What's next?
Stacks are being renamed to Folders in the next release, and we're continuing to refine the owned item page and overall collection management experience.
Fanatics Collect v6.9
This release continued building out the Owned Item Page, shipped the Red Rookie Redemption flow, and made accessibility improvements across the live breaking experience.
What's new?
Basketball Red Rookie Redemption. Eligible cards now show a Red Rookie Redemption badge in your collection and links out to the full redemption flow — tap to claim your reward and confirm.
The listing status banner was substantially improved: it now shows a "View Listing" button for Buy Now items, a "Starts in" countdown for preview auctions, and correct starting bid prices.
Accessibility improvements in live breaking. A significant round of VoiceOver fixes landed for the wallet checkout screen: control labels, types, images, and headings are now correctly announced for screen reader users.
Improved break mechanics. The payment processing state now shows "Processing Payment" in the UI during the brief window between purchase and wheel spin, so buyers always know what's happening.
Bug fixes & polish
After accepting an Instant Offer, the item now correctly disappears from the Collection tab
"List another item" on the sell confirmation now takes you to Collection
Year and price filters now correctly indicate when they are applied in the filter modal
Similar listings grade values no longer show unnecessary decimal places

We're continuing to refine the Red Rookie Redemption flow, fixing copy, layout, and state refresh issues. Folder and Collections polish is ongoing — including auction counter real-time updates and better state handling across the collection experience.
Fanatics Collect v6.8
What's new?
You can now buy spots using Apple Pay and Android Pay alongside your saved cards and wallet balances.
Wallet toggle sync was improved so Rewards, FanCash, and Account Funds balances update correctly as you adjust payment combinations.

Bug fixes & polish
Sort by year now sends the correct query parameter
Collection no longer briefly showed as empty after login
The + button in the collection grid now opens the "Add to Collection" sheet instead of the folder creation screen
Listed, Due, and Instant Rips badges updated to match new design
Retrieve button correctly disables when an item is for sale
