How do I join Fanatics ONE?

Eligible individuals who have a Fanatics ONE account — whether through the Fanatics App, Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino, or other Fanatics platforms — are automatically enrolled in the Fanatics ONE program as members. If you don't have a Fanatics ONE account, you can join by creating one here.

What is Fanatics ONE?

Fanatics ONE is Fanatics’ loyalty program that rewards sports and entertainment fans for their engagement across the Fanatics ecosystem. Members earn FanCash and tier points for their activity. As you earn tier points, you progress up tiers and unlock exclusive benefits and experiences.

Have tier point values or thresholds changed?

We’ve updated how tier points are displayed. Where you previously saw 1 tier point, you will now see 10, and tier thresholds have been scaled accordingly. This update does not change how quickly you earn tier points or progress through tiers. There is no action required. All previously earned tier points have already been adjusted.

Is it free to join Fanatics ONE?

Yes — Fanatics ONE membership is completely free. Just sign up, and you’re in. Start earning FanCash and tier points right away.

What do I get as a Fanatics ONE member?

As a Fanatics ONE member, you can earn and redeem FanCash across Fanatics and collect tier points that help you climb through the loyalty tiers. Members enjoy free shipping & returns, access to exclusive product drops in the Fanatics App, and unlock even more perks, benefits, and experiences as they progress.

What are tier points?

Tier points are used to determine your tier status in the Fanatics ONE program. You earn tier points through purchases on Fanatics.com and the Fanatics App, as well as through activity on Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino. Tier points are based on the amount of eligible FanCash earned.

What are the Fanatics ONE tiers?

There are five Fanatics ONE tiers: ONE Member ONE Member pro ONE Gold ONE Platinum ONE Black

How are tier points earned?

As you shop and play with Fanatics, you earn tier points that elevate your Fanatics ONE status. Get 10 tier points for every $5 spent on Fanatics.com and Fanatics App purchases. Get 20 tier points for every $1 of FanCash you earn via sports betting on Fanatics Sportsbook. Get 50 tier points for every $1 of FanCash you earn via casino wagering on Fanatics Casino. Get 10 tier points for every $25 you spend on Fanatics Collect and 10 tier points for every $10 you spend on Instant Rips.

What qualifies as spend to earn tier points?

The cash amount spent on an item (not including any FanCash or reward credits) less the amount spent on taxes, shipping and fees.

How do I qualify for each Fanatics ONE tier?

ONE Member: 0 tier points ONE Member pro: 1000 tier points ONE Gold: 25,000 tier points ONE Platinum: 100,000 tier points ONE Black: 200,000 tier points + invite only

What is FanCash?

FanCash is Fanatics' loyalty currency that can be redeemed across Fanatics experiences. Every dollar of FanCash is a dollar to spend on authentic apparel, Bonus Bets, collectibles and more. To earn and use FanCash across Fanatics experiences, you need to have a Fanatics ONE account.

When does my tier reset?

Once you reach a tier, you’ll keep that tier for the remainder of the current calendar year, as well as the calendar year after. You have until December 31st, 11:59 PM Eastern time of the current year to earn tier points to progress through Fanatics ONE tiers. Your tier points will reset for the new earning year annually on January 1st.

How do I know my current tier and how many tier points I have?

You can view your current tier status and tier point balance in the account page in the Fanatics App and the Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino app.

Are tier points redeemable?

Tier points are not redeemable for cash, FanCash, Bonus Bets, Casino Credit, or merchandise, and cannot be transferred, sold or distributed to others. Tier points are only used to determine Fanatics ONE tier status.

How do I see the benefits associated with my tier?

Will Fanatics ONE match my tier status from another operator?
