Participants (“Participants”) must, as of the date of entry, be (a) at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state of residence, and (b) reside in the United States. Participants and their account must have one (1) or more historical purchases on Fanatics Live or Fanatics Collect. Purchases made during the Promotion Period make individuals eligible for all Promotion days following the purchase date. Employees, officers and directors of Fanatics Live, Inc. (“Sponsor”), as well as its/their subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials, and the immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors, are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Promotion is void outside the United States and where otherwise prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

To enter the Promotion, eligible Participants must enter a live stream event on Fanatics Live via the Fanatics Collect app through their registered account during the period beginning June 20, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ending July 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). There is no cost to enter the Promotion; however, internet access charges and/or wireless data rates may apply.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or untracked entries, or for Fanatics Live on Collect access or streaming problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, electronic or internet related. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion to determine the method by which entries are tracked and verified through Fanatics Live.

An eligible Participant will earn $1 in FanCash for each calendar day during the Promotion Period in which the Participant enters at least one livestream event on Fanatics Live through the Fanatics Collect app, subject to a maximum of $30 in FanCash per Participant (the “Reward”). The Reward will be credited to a Participant’s Fanatics Live account within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Promotion Period. FanCash is a rewards currency offered by Sponsor and may be used only toward purchases on Sponsor-owned or Fanatics-affiliated properties, subject to the Fanatics FanCash policy and related terms; FanCash cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed for cash or other monetary value outside of Fanatics properties.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a Reward if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by using another person’s account, cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair participation practices (including the use of automated programs or bots), or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

All details related to the Promotion not specified in these Official Rules shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Participation in the Promotion is also subject to Sponsor’s general website and platform terms, including Fanatics Live and Fanatics Collect’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and the Fanatics Live FanCash Policy (collectively, the “Fanatics Site Terms”). In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and the Fanatics Site Terms, these Official Rules will govern. Participants remain liable for any and all taxes, if any, on the value of the Reward received. Participants are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Participant who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize an entry or the Reward as described herein. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of the Reward is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case a credit of comparable or greater value may be provided with such value determined by Sponsor. Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, may result in disqualification. Indemnified Parties (as defined below) assume no responsibility for incorrect, inaccurate, or late entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or Official Rules for any reason, including if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or amendment and/or adoption of new or existing laws and/or regulations regarding the administration, operation or any other aspect of the Promotion in any jurisdiction. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor may allow entries to be accepted to the extent received up until and/or after (if applicable) the time of modification, cancellation or termination or in a manner that is fair and equitable as determined by Sponsor. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE PROMOTION. EACH PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting or arising from: (a) the Promotion, including Participants’ participation therein, and/or (b) any breach or violation of any representation, warranty, obligation or covenant made by each Participant herein. Further, each Participant agrees to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Indemnified Parties, and hereby acknowledges that the Indemnified Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Promotion. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE PROMOTION OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. IN NO EVENT WILL THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY ACCESS TO, LACK OF ACCESS TO, AND/OR USE OF FANATICS LIVE, FANATICS COLLECT, THE FANATICS COLLECT APP, THE FANATICS LIVE APP, OR ANY RELATED WEBSITE OR PLATFORM, THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED THEREFROM, THE REMOVAL FROM, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS, OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR PARTICIPATION IN, ANYTHING RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE PROMOTION, FANATICS LIVE, THE FANATICS LIVE APP, AND ALL RELATED ACTIVITIES AND MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE PROMOTION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT.

By participating, each Participant agrees that their personally identifiable information collected or used in connection with the Promotion may be used by Sponsor in accordance with its privacy policy(ies) located at https://support.fanatics.live/en_gb/privacy-notice- S1moynhbZg. Any personal information held by Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be held on record for a reasonable period to fulfill the purpose for which such personal information was collected. If a Participant gives Sponsor permission to pass on their personal information to a third party, then this shall no longer be the responsibility of Sponsor and shall be subject to the privacy policy of that third party.
